I joined Lantmännen Agro when the company had acquired agricultural wholesale business from Kesko and was about to start operating at full speed in Finland. My first task at my position was to establish claim handling system and operations for this new company. Since then I became a valuable member of growing customer service team handling claims, various customer queries via email and phone, order processing activities, supporting the company's ecom solution etc. I also became the super user for sales activities and participated various projects such as establishing eInvoice for the company and merging the latest acquired business- feed sales and manufacturing plants from Raisio - to Lantmännen sales systems and ERP.

I joined the customer service team handling order processing and invoicing, returns, sales consigment stock and local inventory management plus various ad-hoc tasks. The role of my team was to provide overall sales support and world-class customer service for Finnish market, Estonia and the rest of the Baltics. In this team I took personal responsibility supporting Baltic business in close cooperation with local sales support.

As a result of company acquisition, I took a leading role on integration project moving NGFW quoting operations to new owner company. An essential part of this role was training my team and new recruits to evaluate and handle quotes with sufficient quality level as well as taking care of the most complex business cases. I was also involved in defining sole guidelines to support both old and new owner's business needs.

I took care of evaluating quotes, confirming the quality and making sure all corporate guidelines would be met when the order finally came in. This responsible role required close and daily co-operation with several departments such as sales, finance, product management, support and order operations. I managed to successfully increase knowledge of Stonesoft's NGFW products within quoting functions and I established a position as the go-to- expert for inside sales and quoting operations for this particular product line.

I worked as a part of Order Services team responsible for the company's complete order-to-invoice process and licensing in global level. As a part of the team I took care of daily customer service and communication with the company's internal and external stakeholders when order fulfillment, logistics or licensing were concerned. I had personal responsibility for Stonesoft's letter of credit handling and inventory management. During these years I took part in several projects within my field of expertise and showed ability grow to handle more an more challenging tasks.

I started by maintaining the company's customer database and updating it with the montly data of new vehicle registrations. I had a chance to take operative role in launching a new CRM system specially tailored for Volvo's truck sales and aftermarket. I represented Finland in an international project group gathered for the CRM launching process covering Nordics and EMEA, trained the new CRM system to sales representatives and marketed CRM as an effective tool for sales action planning.
