About Heidi Viik-Hänninen

With over 30 years of working experience I have had a privilege to meet and work with lot of professionals both in Finland and EMEA area. Moving from teleoperator world to the cloud software business has been very interesting as the tecknology goes forward very rapidly nowadays. Customer Relationship management and Customer Experience Management are the number one topics in my daily work as they are very important areas in any business area. I currently work at Sinch, one of the global leaders in customer engament solutions. Before joining Sinch , I worked at Merlin Systems Oy, owned by SAP, as an Customer Experience Director managing our Customer Success Manager team as well as our technical suppor team. As you may guess, my passion and expertise includes specially Customer Experience Management but I have also gain expertise such areas like CRM, sales management, support managment as well as project management.
