I joined Prospect on a contract to coordinate a roll-out/implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM. While there, I also inherited production support for the hospital that had gone live previously. I worked closely with vendors, leadership and business users to successfully navigate post-production support for Crozer (PA) Hospital, while managing the timeline and project plan for implementation at ECHN (CT), Waterbury (CT), and CharterCARE (RI).

After being acquired by CommScope, I led the effort to migrate and transition Oracle Cloud HCM to SAP HR (once the decision was made post-acquisition to move to the legacy CommScope HR technology platforms). I provided leadership for the policy and business process harmonization work during M&A transition. I provided strategic consulting and advisory support during implementation of SuccessFactors' Employee Central Core HR and to HR service/operations center assuming responsibility for my acquired company's administration.

At ARRIS, I achieved quite a bit of success in relatively quick succession through a series of progressive roles and promotions. With each, I gained additional scope of responsibility and direct report teams. Primarily, in the last ten years of my experience, I have provided direction for HRIS administration & maintenance. I've run several implementation projects, putting in Oracle HCM twice (Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Goals, Performance and Compensation in July 2018 and Goals, Performance and Compensation with a co-existence model in 2015) and Taleo ATS (in 2014). I wrote and delivered improved business processes based on current trends and best practice in the industry for all of those implementations. At ARRIS, I founded and directed the activities of our first HR service center.

When C-COR began growing via mergers & acquisitions, I served as HRBP to acquired employees during early phases of joining. As I gained interest and expertise in HR Technology, I implemented UltiPro HCM and Halogen Performance Management platform, alongside other web-based solutions to improve HR business processes. I quickly became a trusted and valued partner with IT to establish centers of excellence for HR technology and provide overall support to the IT organization on the whole.
