Over the course of her Salesforce leadership roles (covering UKI, EMEA, LATAM and APAC), Heidi consistently grew the team's influenced revenue and impact on some of the largest deals at Salesforce. Before Salesforce, Heidi spent 10 years at Accenture in customer strategy & consulting and 1.5 years at Market Gravity, a boutique proposition design agency. During her career, Heidi has worked across industries such as Retail, Consumer Goods, Automotive and Healthcare but has spent significant time in the Energy sector on customer, digital and decarbonisation initiatives.
