I was projects owner and responsible for marketing plan, projects management and execution. Key Project: 11/11 Single Day・Marketing Plan: Set up sales target and the goal of website traffic. Plan the image, subject and detailed marketing content, including promotion activities, main products, and discount coupon. Directly report to the general manager and present to the whole BU of over 300 people. ・Project Management: Coordinate 7 departments to execute the events, including legal, operation, finance, PD, sales, design and advertising departments.・Execution: Create the caption, layout of website, and activities description of the events on the website which sees around one million visitors every day.
