Over the past 25 years I have been on a mission, working with (international) teams in Real Estate (Consultancy), Workplace Solutions, Ict & Media. Sectors that made a huge impact on the way we Work and Live; Making it more flexible and valuable. Experienced in leading projects, (multidisciplinary) teams. Constantly improving stakeholder relations​ with one goal: to translate the interest of all parties involved that are key for collaboration and innovative solutions.Besides network development, numerous Enterprise-, design & build, (Hybrid) workplace- and flex-work -solutions, and Apps, I would like to share a few advanced & innovative developments that have a positive impact on ecosystems: 2010-16 ING innovation centre (ICEC), this ultimately resulted in the way ING-bank works now, a strategic alliance between IWG & KPN in 2013-'16 related to Workplace Recovery Anywhere,- the same for KPN & NSI in 2018-20, the new concept for Philips Evoluon 2014-20, New division HQ at IWG. It was great to be recognized as top manager but more important to learn in management development programs, training for successful managers and share my experience in coaching roles, be part of service (product) development, global sales & operations and innovation-focus groups.
