Drawing on my years of experience working on translation projects and with other language professionals, I built up the Leinhäuser Language Services company with the help of a strong, organically grown team. My brother and I established the company in 1997, and in 2010 we were given the opportunity to join forces with the former management of Siemens Language Services in Munich and bring experienced business partners, more senior staff and a significant increase of turnover into the company. Our team of highly skilled professionals is well-renowned among our clients and partners for delivering high-end language and communication services. My commitment to running a high-quality, dependable organization as well as my consulting work with process- and customer-oriented project management all influence the standardization work I have also taken on in my function as the President of the QSD.I believe deeply in fostering and developing diversity, which has drawn me to lead and work in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
