Currently, I am the Director of Development at Hollmén, a company that machines and laser welds light metal components for various applications, including space, underground, and battery industry.As the Director of Development at Hollmén, I focus on smart processes, new technology, innovations, and green energy solutions, and I aim to add value to the batteries and electrification ecosystem. I oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge projects where the latest technology like Laser-Welding is used, and I ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety. I also leverage my skills in change management, documentation, and management to optimize the workflows, operations, and resources.
