I worked as business HR manager in Elisa Production -business area and was management team member in many business units with 800 employees. In a matrix organisation I had responsibilities in implementing Elisa Corporations strategies and HRM practices as well as attending to local HRM/HRD needs in my area of responsibility. I started as a product specialist in Consumer Products -business unit. When Internet-business started to grow very fast I got responsibility to develop and manage contract management, sales support and technical sales support teams, in all 30 employees.

I worked as a part time teacher mainly in weekends. I teached basic courses in ADP (IT) including computer operating systems and user interfaces as well as software (word, excel, powerpoint).
