With over six years of experience in Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement, I am a Senior Process Engineer at 3M, a global leader in innovation and technology. I hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and have extensive knowledge and skills in lean manufacturing, manufacturing process improvement, and industrial engineering. As a Senior Process Engineer, I work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize processes and systems that enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. I also served as an interim supervisor for the process engineering department, leading and mentoring a team of engineers. My mission is to apply my engineering expertise and problem-solving abilities to create value for 3M and its customers.
