After graduation I worked first as technical and economical manager of combine cycle power stations and compost platforms. Since 1999 I have been active the project development of wind parks. Ownership and management of 4 own wind projects since 2001. Since 2003 Consulting activity in wind energy sector with the main focus Risk assessment, Due Diligence and market value (taxation) of wind park rights as well as related property rights. Since that time more than 25 wind parks with more than 900 MW evaluated. Since 2005 I worked on a statistical models to the forecast operation expenses ( O&M costs) based on multiple environmental and technology factors. This rests on practical experiences of more than 500 carried out technical turbine inspections all over the world. I carried out also numerous damage inspections on drive trains via endoscopies as well as inspections on rotor blades.I am a member of the expert's council of the federal association wind energy BWE and certified for revolving and condition based inspections in Wind turbines based on the ruling euro code norms. He has been active in various work groups in the council like the operation of turbines after scheduled lifetime etc.
