Information Technology Manager
CurrentManages Enterprise-level Information Technology projects for program customers in the Departments of Human Services, Aging, Health, and Drug and Alcohol Programs.*Responsible for Release Management process and QA standards, including process documentation, classification of all implementation types, enforcement of QA and RM standards and best practices, tools to assists in the automation of these processes, and management and processing of all implementation requests submitted by both internal staff and vendors.*Acts as the Change Manager for the organization, responsible for standing up Change Management processes, including creation/maintenance of process documentation, facilitation of the CCB(s), escalation, and after-action review of issues resulting from changes made. *Works alongside the Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management area to ensure proper contract SLA’s and warranty periods are leveraged when needed.*Procures contracted or other resources to augment state staff resources in order to support agency mission.*Management of high-level technical staff who are responsible for multiple complex technical projects and/or software applications. *Responsible for the enterprise implementation of Application Testing standards and best practices, ADA/508 Accessibility Compliance, use of TFS and MS Testing tools, enforcement of QA standards for Enterprise Releases, and maintaining the Deliver Center's Application Asset Inventory*Sets direction for the Service Center in the areas of Unit, Regression, and Acceptance testing, giving guidance to development teams in these areas, as well as enforcing Commonwealth Standards. *Responsible for the implementation of Test Automation across platforms, including development of platforms and tools for assisting in the automation of all types testing.
