As of November 2023, I joined WeHire, an Executive Search boutique where I took on the position of Associate, working broadly on recruitment projects for clients from diverse markets and for executive positions across various functional areas.At WeHire, I have continued my journey with a focus on DE&I, as this topic is treated as a priority in all searches. I also began developing specific journeys for diversity-focused mapping projects, identifying strategies to ensure that hiring for diverse leadership roles promotes the development of talent with varied backgrounds and experiences.Since the beginning of my journey at WeHire, I have not only deepened my work in Executive Recruitment but have also worked alongside the company’s partners in building the methodology that has been applied to our recruitment processes. This involved defining parameters and evaluation methods for a wide range of experiences and skills, covering both Hard and Soft Skills.More recently, I once again worked with the partners in developing a cultural assessment tool, analyzing aspects of cultural preferences of candidates, observable characteristics of executive team cultures, and how these two factors align to catalyze ideal matches between candidates and teams. This allows candidates to find environments that best suit them, and companies to find people capable of influencing teams towards desired cultural aspects.

In July 2022, I was promoted to the position of Research Analyst, focusing exclusively on the Global Technologies and Services vertical.In this vertical, my role was dedicated to serving technology and digital-native companies in the recruitment of executives for various functional areas at the Director and C-Level, as well as assisting clients from diverse industries in hiring senior technology professionals. I worked on recruiting executives ranging from managerial positions in technology to CTOs, CIOs, CTIOs, and other C-Level technology roles.At that time, I increasingly participated in projects focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for various clients, working on both recruitment projects for executives responsible for DE&I verticals within their organizations and on affirmative projects aimed at hiring executives and other leaders from diverse backgrounds.Additionally, during that period, I became more involved in internal forums focused on developing the operations of the Brazilian offices. I participated in both the project to redesign Executive Search processes, which aimed to better align with global guidelines without overlooking the Brazilian context, and more importantly, in the subsequent project to redesign workload metrics and control systems. In this project, I developed the new tool that began to be used to provide greater visibility of the workload across the Brazilian offices, both synchronously and chronologically.

I started my career in Executive Search in August 2021, working as an intern in the research team at Heidrick & Struggles.At that time, my primary responsibility was assisting the research team in identifying profiles to be approached for Director and C-Level positions. However, I also had unique learning and development opportunities through conducting extensive market mappings, analyzing the status of various sectors and industries, and actively participating in internal organizations within the Heidrick & Struggles office in São Paulo, especially the DE&I community.During my internship, I rotated through the Industrial, Global Technologies and Services, and Healthcare sectors, and also worked on broader projects focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
