Finally, our intercultural skills make it all work in and across cultures.Clemens leads these projects. He has a firm, yet flexible, personality, is able to motivate, influence, take initiative. He displays a very high level of energy, has excellent consulting and customer relationship management skills and his empathy with customer management issues is outstanding.Clemens is a fifty years old German national who has 20 years of training experience. He is fluent in German, French and English, and has completed more than 2500 training days in China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Poland, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UK, USA.Key working areas: • Digital approach in training and people development• Blended programs to optimize the training efficiency• International and intercultural projects• Train the trainer programs• Interaction with several expertises within Julhiet Sterwen to maximize the value to the customer
