Project manager and business process driver within SAP ERP delivery

Responsible for international sales and marketing activities around Applicon SAP Banking solutions, working cross country located in Stockholm. In this role I was responsible for all RFP's and RFI's in the Financial Services segment and bringing the Applicon products to market.

As a Business Manager I'm responsible for business relations, sales and business development within Applicon. My main focus is within Financial Services, where I have been responsible for many of the corporate initiatives around Applicon's financial services strategy.My main focus is within SAP Banking, with special focus on transactional banking.

My responsibility was to start up the Microsoft software services and solution department at Nyherji. There was no knowledge and no competence when the department started. With good strategic approach towards becoming Iceland's nr. 1 Microsoft software house, Nyherji succeeded and is today considered the best. The focus was set on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions.I moved to a new position in October 2006, when AppliCon was found, and then the Microsoft team had grown from 1 person to 12 persons, with revenue of 1.5 million $ and recognized in all focuse areas. The department, now situated within AppliCon is still growing rapidly.
