Instantly, he discovered his true passion interacting with people and found the love in sharing what he knows to the people around him. With his IT and Service industry background, he began climbing the ladder in Human Resources as a training professional, working for International Hotel companies like Shangri-La, Melia Hotels International and YOMA Group. With the thesis titled “Study on the impact of interactive employee training program on guest satisfaction”, he has accomplished his MBA from the University of Bolton.
