I worked 68 Residence (Myanmar) with SoilBuild (Myanmar) Construction Group Ltd. I bulit 1. 261/2 storey R.C.C Building with 4 Nos of Basement 2. 4 storeyed R.C.C. building (Sub-station) 3. Post-tension slab, transfer slab at 1.9m, swimming pool slab and normal slab 4. External walkwayThe above items I took responsibilites.They are-Setting out the construction survey and levelling. Earth levelling (Cutting & Back filling) work on site.-Controlling earthwork excavation for building. Pile driving with piles pressing machine.-Manage to install rebar, formwork, concrete casting work for strip footing, short column, ground beam and slab for all building.-Manage to install rebar, formwork, concrete casting work for long column, floor beam, stair and slab for all building.-Inspection and controlling the falsework and scaffolding work for all building.-Inspection of laying tendon, profile, grouting and stressing of post tension.-Brick work and plaster for walling at all building.-Coordinate with Structure, Architectural and M&E before casting.-Manage and organize the contractor team.-To propose and technical assist to department head for construction jobs.-Site supervision and inspection such as rebar, formwork and concrete casting.-Material inspection, concrete trial mix test, tensile and bending test (rebar) for quality control in project construction.-Ensure that all the works meet the stipulated quality, standard and targets.-Coordinate with all contractors to improve site progress.-Control and monitor with Civil work and safety.-Inspection and control of Post-tension laying and stressing work.-Tracking the progress and reporting weekly progress/ Monthly progress to Sr.Civil Engineer/ Project Manager.-Represent the needs and issue of higher level management.
