In February 2020 the cooperation between Topicus and SAREF and the progress in terms of a properly working system was such that I could handover my work entirely to the permanent employees. Solvinity is the new name for the merged companies Bitbrains and ASP4all and was launched on the 30th September 2015. New Business was my primary focus working closely with partners.

Bitbrains IT Services was founded in 2004 and was soon a leading company in the space of managed hosting and on demand computing for primarily the large enterprises. As a company we were proud to have added many big names from the Financial Services industry to our customer base such as ING, Aegon, NN, Vivat and MUFG and also well known ISVs/consultants from the FS industry like Yellowtail, TCF and Figlo.

Responsible to meet Service Levels across complex system landscape of the NN Pension domain as well as the introduction of innovation initiatives such as the Shortfall Calculator. (HPC+MS Excel)

Responsible for the SLA and uptime of all systems that support the Pension business.

Responsible for the quality and development of the internal and hired human capital of the DI BPI VM Generiek business unit. Approximately : 70 internal FTEs and about 100 external FTEs.

As a program manager responsible for the large SAP program "AmazING"with partners Accenture and SAP.

Responsible for the introduction, development and after care of the supply chain part of the new group ERP system (SAP SRM extended classic) and processes.Several large contract negotiations on behalf of Vodafone for worldwide services.

Responsible for the SLAs of the NUON core systems with a team of -/+ 18 professionals.

Supplier of enhanced telecommunication products and solutions with main focus on the development of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) based products and solutions. Customers included: NTT Docomo, Home shopping network, Sprint and Verizon.

The Dutch office engaged in sales, projects and services and support for large "Fortune 500" companies across Europe. Solutions included call centre sw and calling card environments.
