I am proud to be the Customer Readiness Manager for John Deere Power Systems and John Deere Electric Powertrain. My team consists of global professionals across the US, EU, India, and China. We support the project management for all customer and dealer readiness resources so our diesel engines and electric drivetrains can be easily serviced and maintained. We also have a team of Customer Support Engineers who work with all our engines and electrification/ battery electric vehicle programs from day one to insure our products are easy to maintain, diagnose, repair and collect data. Our team also extends to field support for our pre-production machines around the globe.
