I am the CEO and Co-founder of ACCURIDS and have experience in helping large enterprises in pharmaceuticals, healthcare and crop sciences in data governance and strategy. My focus topic is the creation and adoption of public and enterprise data standards to transition from the system/process-centric towards a data and analytics-centric approach in organizing information to realize a broader range of use cases more efficiently.With ACCURIDS, we provide software that allows combining centralized governance with federated management of data assets - a crux that all business and data teams need to master for the adoption of standards.I'm proud to have initiated and co-lead the creation of an IDMP Ontology in a collaborative effort with 10+ pharma companies and in alignment with health authorities.I believe in personal growth, an active feedback culture, cross-organizational collaboration, and the effectiveness of small teams.My Gallup strengths are: communicator, achiever, strategic, activator, and learner.
