    * Led various functional teams as well as from time to time arranged some activities in EMEA timezones* Led a task force to stabilize performance and quality of early DSE 6.8 releases. The early quality issues directly put at risk about 10% of subscription revenue renewals from the largest customers. The task force did succeed in addressing the issues, after which subscription retention rose to above 90% by the end of the year.* Ramped up a new Quality and Performance Engineering team and helped hire a leader for it* Presented the business case and initially led the "Converged Cassandra" project, porting closed source Datastax Enterprise features to open source Cassandra code base.
