I worked as a customer service manager in the Information, advisory and counseling service unit in Amiedu. During the 5 years I've been a foreman for a 16 different experts and lead other groups in different projects. The department consisted of following teams which provided services up to 26 500 students per year:- customer service team- study counselors and special teachers- open learning center- lobby services over the years 2013-2015.I've gained one of the best ratings as a foreman in our employee satisfaction survey - 4, 7 out of 5. As a manager I have been described to be a top leader.I've been developing different support services and processes at the various stages of a customer's study path - from personalization of education to postgraduate studies or employment. I worked in customer service and took care of publishing our services in www-site. I also participated in various events where we were marketing our trainings. My work also included the presentations of our educational institution and training options for potential customers.

I worked in customer service assignments as sales support and receiver orders by telephone. In addition to working on the phone, I wrote newsletters to our customers and took care of the presentation texts and photos of our products on our website. I renewed the visual appearance of the Insmat brand to the website, sales packaging and store shelves. In my work I cooperated with Chinese and German suppliers.
