I worked as a customer service manager in the Information, advisory and counseling service unit in Amiedu. During the 5 years I've been a foreman for a 16 different experts and lead other groups in different projects. The department consisted of following teams which provided services up to 26 500 students per year:- customer service team- study counselors and special teachers- open learning center- lobby services over the years 2013-2015.I've gained one of the best ratings as a foreman in our employee satisfaction survey - 4, 7 out of 5. As a manager I have been described to be a top leader.I've been developing different support services and processes at the various stages of a customer's study path - from personalization of education to postgraduate studies or employment.
