I am responsible for leadership, teamwork and culture, and continuous improvement of data-driven processes and practices. I run daily operations in Helsinki HQ as a leadership team member. HundrED is a mission-driven company, an innovation research organisation of about 15 people who see innovation as a driver for change. We improve education through impactful innovations, support the experimenting culture within education systems, increase the appreciation of teachers, and encourage the sector to collaborate. (UN SDGs #4 and #17)In 2024, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) began with introspection, focusing on our internal practices. This foundation enabled us to create a more inclusive experience at our global Innovation Summit, bringing together 230 leaders, experts, and innovators from around the world.

We strengthen the conditions of doing business in learning and education technology. We collaborate closely with Business Ecosystem stakeholders. The association has 70 companies as members.

I collaborated, co-founded and co-built a Europe-wide industry alliance. I contributed to the organization’s culture, strategic focus, and effectiveness, as well as serving as an ambassador and advocate in the first four years. My special focus was on startups, supporting them on their journey across Europe and beyond. EEA connects 2 500 European companies.

I work with leaders and help them to get innovative projects off to an agile start! I give another viewpoint and get things going on a practical level. I have worked on Business and Financial Plans, Sustainability and ESG issues, Funding Applications, Industry Insights, Market Research, virtual and live collaboration workshops, co-creation, consultancy, and reflection on leadership.

I coordinated a planning phase of a multi-agency partnership project on Climate Technology, Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR, pyrolysis) and Circular Economy. I supported the company in compiling extensive due diligence information, including ESG screening and materiality assessments with a third party, preparing for a financing round. I developed and renewed business operations, especially sales, HR, onboarding and internal training practices. Carbofex was selected as the Winner of the 2022 Top Tier Impact Energy & Climate Award. (UN SDGs #7, #13, #15)

I led and facilitated an executive training program, and sharpened its focus on solving the challenges of sustainability transformation. The process included personal matching of the applicants for each cohort, coaching and virtual facilitation of the work of the Startup Advisory Boards for one year. I built virtual delivery during Covid19 (Learning Experience Platforms, LXPs, Howspace, Miro etc.), enabling the company to reach out to international clients. I participated in corporate sales, marketing and hunting for the right startup companies (great hit-rate at Slush!). The clients included e.g., KONE, Fortum, Posti, Patria, Tieto, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Tax Administration, Tieto, Nordea, UPM.

I led a technology education company designing and building an innovative service for learning how to code, aimed at secondary schools. We reached 20% of the Finnish schools. I managed a multi-year corporate social responsibility partnership with Samsung Electronics Nordic (UN SDG #4). I was responsible for the core team of 8 and the instructor network of up to 70 freelancer creative technology instructors. We organised training events for teens, educators and instructors in over 20 countries, produced and provided state of the art digital learning resources for blended and digital learning environments.

I provided innovation, consumer insights and foresight research projects on societal trends, customer experience, service design, co-creation and strategic business development, to help corporate executive decision makers. I was responsible for Research (designing and using service design and research methods creatively case by case, including surveys, quantitative analysis, customer segmentation, qualitative focus groups, interviews, ethnographic research, video reporting), Facilitation of workshops (co-creation, service design, conceptualising ideas, giving presentations), and Sales (key account management, and business development).

I helped executive clients make better business decisions. I was responsible for production of data-driven Marketing Services: spatial (GIS) and consumer insight analysis projects, solutions and software. I served large international and Finnish corporate clients. I managed a team and participated in budgeting and recruitment. The consumer insight projects included statistical analysis, segmentation, predictive modelling, scoring, geo-spatial analysis GIS, and BI. I developed our analytics methods including Mosaic consumer classification, a solution by Experian. P.S. I was on maternity leave with 2 kids in 2009-2012.

I worked in a CS Center in The Hague. I served global customers, and guided my team members with the toughest customer cases world wide from delivery problems to credit card fraud. I got the best onboarding ever, and I learned what Customer Obsession means at the "Earth's most customer-centric company", to always put the customer first.
