Site Engineer (Person In‐Charge)Project: Yangon Mandalay Railway Improvement ProjectCompany: Fujita Corporation JapanClient: Myanma Railways (JICA)As the Site Engineer (Person in Charge) at the Yangon‐Mandalay Railway Improvement Project CP101, I am responsible for overseeing the construction activities of a major infrastructure initiative by a Japanese multinational corporation, with a project budget of $2.70 billion.This project involves the comprehensive upgrading of the existing length 620‐kilometer double‐track Yangon‐Mandalay Railway, which connects Myanmar’s largest and second‐largest cities, focusing on the renovation and modernization of rail facilities and equipment along the route.Signal Cabins & Station Platforms Construction: Supervised the structural and architectural works, including painting, curtain walls, and raised floors, for two signal cabins and seven station platforms (each 150m in length).Level Crossings: Successfully managed the construction and upgrading of five major heavy‐duty level crossings. This included earthwork, precast structures, stone pitching, Rail and Track Work and drainage system installation, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimizing disruptions to traffic and pedestrian flow.Culvert Construction: Led the construction of a 2cells‐box culvert under the track lines.

Located in the heart of the city, LANTHIT Avenue mirrors the growth and success of its affluent downtown community.Managing the construction and engineering aspects of the 25‐story tower, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Project: SANCHAUNG GARDEN RESIDENCE ProjectCompany: SGDG Group Co., Ltd.I also served as a QA/QC Engineer Inspector, overseeing the structural and architectural inspections from project inception for a 12.5‐story building with a basement on 87,000 sq. ft. area land. As part of the QPS Team, I conducted comprehensive QA/QC Inspections to the contractor’s activities, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.Ensured full QA/QC compliance for all structural and architectural works.Assisted project managers and design consultants in reviewing contractor plans and preparing detailed reports.Promoted safe work practices and ensured adherence to risk assessments and safety procedures throughout the project.This role reinforced my focus on maintaining high standards of quality andsafety in all phases of construction.
