Specialty: Process leadershipDuring my career I have always been mentoring and facilitating generative cooperation between stake holders. Mostly initiated out of common social-cultural challenges and often in a complex network setting. An example is the co-creation between residents, companies and several local authorities or a public-private partnership between businesses and the government.MotivationUntil today I still do this with great enthusiasm. While studying Management and Organisation, I read "Process consultation" by Edgar Schein (MIT). For the first time in my life I discovered a "like-minded" and extremely inspiring teacher. Since then he has always remained my personal hero. His scientific research on coercion and marginal persons in organisations has deeply influenced my behaviour and my career. Out of experience I know that focusing on autonomous and authentic interaction between people will in the end lead to top class results. Results always resonate with the quality of 'how' we interconnect and with a common awareness of 'why' we do what we do. Successful process leaders are masters in driving a generative process and planning creative interventions.
