I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours, Informatics at the University of Johannesburg.Enterprise systems that scale under load has been my focus for the last couple of years now. My primary focus has been the design and implementation of scalable, complex backend systems that operate at high availability.I have assumed full responsibility for all production releases as well as mentoring a team of junior engineer as well as managed a team of senior developers. My role has included the maintenance of existing systems and creating new green field systems. I work closely with the Architecture and Design team to ensure that all changes can be practically implemented to meet customer requirements. Effective communication and continuous delivery is the only way to deliver quality software.I believe that the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in a company is the key to success. I am a self-oriented person and have the desire to get things done. I will make every effort to see a project through to completion.
