After numerous years in various management roles, I made last year the switch to Program/Project Support. I realized that my greatest asset is to support large programs and projects as a senior Project Management Officer (PMO). My focus in PMO is to facilitate the program as good as possible, focussing on quality, cost and progress. This is done by strong financial management, resource management and risk- and issue management. Creating clear and uniform management information for the project team is key in keeping control of the project result.In the project/program team I'm looking for true participation within the responsibilities that each member in the team has, with respect to everybody's role. Key priorities in my professional work:- process&quality- cost awareness- project management and control- client satisfaction
