Since my tenure began, I had successfully negotiated new contracts with our service providers, conducted comprehensive software audits to ensure licensing compliance, and reengineered our technology infrastructure.To revamp our infrastructure, my team and I seamlessly integrated onsite and cloud solutions, virtualizing over 98% of our server infrastructure. This strategic move resulted in cost reduction, improved reliability, and expedited disaster recovery times. We paired this with Barracuda backups for offsite backup and recovery, ensuring our data is geographically dispersed and secure.We also implemented new policies and procedures to fortify our infrastructure and provide consistency in IT operations.
