Senior Manager, Entertainment Operations
Current§ Responsible for all Entertainment shows and events schedule and operational planning, departmental budgeting, staffing, utilization analysis, etc.§ Implement strategies to improve occupancy and penetration rate as well as enhance guest satisfaction and engagement;§ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all Entertainment venues and establish various weather contingencies and emergency response procedures;§ Oversee production process from pre-production planning through opening and into day-to-day running to ensure smooth and successful operation;§ Provide support and leadership to a large team of stage managers, local and International performers and crew members;§ Help to build key partnership within the company with all supporting departments including Park and Resort Operations, Security, Environmental Health and Safety, HR, Marketing, etc. to drive team performance and results
