I use Pylon Explorer as the main program to manage reservations, payments, and invoices. I also handle sales and marketing tasks, such as promoting special offers, updating online platforms, and contacting potential clients.I have a strong background in office administration, having completed two education programs: EPAS OAED and IEK DELTA 360. I have developed skills in communication, and organization, which I apply to my current and previous roles. I speak English, Greek, and Albanian fluently, which enables me to communicate with diverse customers and colleagues. I enjoy working as a front office receptionist, as it allows me to interact with people and learn from different cultures and perspectives.
