Having over thirty years of experience within McDermott - CB&I Storage Solutions, served as Business Development Manager / Contract Development Manager / Proposal Specialist for projects in Venezuela, Central and South America and The Caribbean. Serving as Contract Development Manager and Proposal Specialist at same time for the majority of the proposals within the CSA team including EPC projects for Oil & Gas, petrochemical and mining companies. Preparation of estimates using Company’s internal tools for storage products, preliminary review of customer’s proposed T&Cs and handling all the internal coordination to assign duties for each department to secure an accurate and timely proposal submission following customer’s request. As Proposal Specialist, handle preparation and planification of multiple proposals simultaneously including proposals submitted in both languages “English and Spanish”, preparation of prequalification packages, and handling commercial communications with clients along all the region and in general support the CSA team in their daily duties to attend customer’s needs and expectations. In charge of the registration in procurement systems (ARIBA, Achilles, DoyoMarket, Ecopetrol, etc). Experience in QA&QC audits (internal and External entities) and in the obtainment of ISO 9001 quality certificates. Keeping the CSA library of sales documents up to date.
