I spent my career hustling early stage SaaS companies before diving into my own company, CITYROW in 2014 which grew into a large nationwide franchise and booming at-home connected fitness brand. We hustled that for over a decade before ultimately selling that in early 2024. I'm a recovering founder, CEO, and most recently author of my first business memoir, Making Waves. I also spend my time coaching early stage executives, founders and consulting for a multitude of companies and brands.
