• Carry out quality inspection to ensure the shipped products confirm quality requirement and timely execution.• Monitor productions closely and provide technical support when need to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.• Assure samples TOP samples, Fit samples and PP samples against standards to ensure products meet all Target Quality Standards.• Conduct Pre-production meeting, Pilot run Inspection, In-line, Final Inspection in factory upon schedule in accordance with pre-defined AQL sampling plan and Haggar quality std.• Risk assessment analysis and aware to the factory concerned.• Problem shooting if encounter in the production.• Follow up whether the factory is continuing cutting with approved fabric, interlining and shades etc.• Make sure the mock ups have been set on each machine before factory start bulk sewing.• Check print, embroidery with approval strike off & give approval.• Check the access. With approved trim, file wise and give approval.• Check the fabrics lot to lot with approval swatch.• Check initial finishing gmts and give approval a gmts for finishing standard.
