1. Under my Supervision, there are three Departments- Production, Quality Assurance and Production Planing.2. I need to supervise and control so many job shops like as; Powder Coating section, Sheet Metal section, Extruder Section for HIPS, PP, ABS etc, Evaporator and Condenser Tubing section, Thermoforming Section, PU foaming section, Pre and Post Assembly, Injection Molding and Hand Molding section through my Managers, Section Head or In-charge.3. I also need to supervise LED TV section through my Managers and Engineers by doing Panel Assembly, Pre and Post Assembly.4. To do plan for Manufacturing of Refrigerator.5. Allocate time, man, machine and materials.6. Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly production plans.7. To minimize production waste by using LEAN.8. Ensure the IQC, LQC, OQC and ELT in production line.9. Ensure the 5S in the production floor.10. Ensure the Self and Sequential in the process line.11. To make the separate SOP for each process.12.
