I define myself as a creative professional who is constantly looking for new ideas and achievable business solutions. I am a supporter of systematization, so everything around me can likely be translated into a process.I completed a degree in Applied Mathematics with a traineeship in Porto City Hall, during which I created an electoral process management solution. The success of this project allowed me to gain recognition and I had the immediate opportunity to participate in the systematization of the main local authority business processes. At the time, the watchword was "performing administrative modernization" imposed by the simplex program.In 2006, following an unlikely partnership between the Porto City Hall and the University of Porto, I grabbed the opportunity to devise a new solution for the administrative Contraventions Process management area, because it was considered one of the most complex and critical areas of the local authority information system. It was when GIC (from the portuguese title “Gestão Integrada de Contraordenações”) came to reality. This system quickly became a reference within the city hall, and it developed to the point it was mandatory to present it to the market.Three years later, in 2009, I had the opportunity to participate in the foundation of Sysnovare, the company where I held several different positions that made the development of multiple management, organizational and decision making skills possible, over time.Therefore, in 2016 I decided to establish myself and this is how Sendalógica emerged, whose main objective is to provide Specialized Consulting services, directed to the world of Local Public Administration, covering the whole spectrum of needs, from the functional area, integration, interoperability, infrastructure management and optimization.Today, I feel privileged to meet the requirements of the private sector as well as the intricacies of public administration, which makes me a more complete professional.
