Hi, I`m Caroline Koppers, Branding expert with over 16 years of experience, from hyper-growth Startups to Europe's largest companies. I have a deep passion to help companies find their story and turn it into remarkable campaigns and products. I enjoy leading and working alongside creative teams. From Bangkok to Melbourne, Bali to Barcelona; I have made more than 12 countries my office and managed countless creative projects fully remote. In September 2022, I decided to drop my anchor in Amsterdam to channel my energy and expertise towards something that truly matters. Joining Médecins Sans Frontières (Artsen zonder Grenzen / Doctors without Borders), I stepped into the role of Brand Manager for the Dutch market.My entire focus is now on creating campaigns that embody the unique character of MSF and enhancing brand awareness in the Netherlands — for one reason only: to help the people who need it most. MSF assists every human being, excluding no one. This NGO is truly independent and it has a persistence in finding a solution, no matter the obstacle—this deeply resonates with me. The phrase "too difficult" does not exist for MSF. In that I find endless energy for my work. When I’m not behind my computer you can find me in the dog park — there's nothing quite like the joy of wagging tails and flapping ears to lift my spirits. Alternatively, I might be at the Crossfit gym, pushing my limits, or enjoying life's simple moments with my partner, Sebastiaan. My personal philosophy? Rallying instead of living my life on cruise control.
