Freelance graphic and web design for local artists,musicians and business.

Primary Responsibilities:- Answer incoming client calls and handle any pertinent requests. - Update client database to comply with “Patriot Act” requirements for personal financial records.- Auditing of office staff procedures and privacy practices to comply with corporate requirements.Secondary Responsibilities:- Light computer support and office network.- Filing of customer invoices, statements and company prospectus.

Primary Responsibilities:- Routing orders for title reports received from various banks/lenders to the appropriate service provider.- Property “search package” data entry and ordering for various title products and lenders. - Title report and product distribution. Secondary Responsibilities:- New employee training across multiple software platforms.- “Problem file” resolution for any errors made within team.

Primary Responsibilities:- ATM terminal programming, security key encryptions, and hardware repairs.- Help desk support for 1,500+ terminals; Tidel, Triton, and Lipman.- In-house/remote support for all west coast technicians.- “Public Internet Teller” programming, and support.Secondary Responsibilities:- Refurbishing of leased equipment.- Remote monitoring for “high volume” clients, their system errors and daily maintenance.
