• 2-year Training Programme: Foundation Training.• Completed six 4-month rotations: Surgery, General Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Public Health.• Additional courses: Advanced Life Support and Basic Surgical Skills and Chimp Management Training Day.• Conducted in-house Audit and QIP projects, reviewing current practice standards and suggesting solutions for improvement.• Worked alongside Public Health Cumbria: Family Hubs project. Produced a Literature Review assessing current strategies that promote family engagement with public health services. Presented my findings to Public Health Cumbria.• Conducted regular teaching sessions to both senior and junior doctors; including Reflective Lessons-Learnt sessions, Case Based Discussions, and bedside clinical skills teaching.• Second Year Representative at North-West Foundation Forum. A forum for junior doctors within the region to discuss current issues within the training programme and to suggest strategies for improvement.
