Als service designer bij Muzus, werk ik vooral aan opdrachten binnen het sociale domein. Met een focus op de gebruiker creëren en/of evalueren we de dienstverlening van verschillende organisaties. Inspelen op de behoeftes van de gebruikers staat hierbij centraal. Dit doen we door gebruik te maken van de contextmapping methode waarbij we met diepte-interviews de gebruiker leren kennen.

Slachtoffers van seksueel misbruik geweld krijgen vaak te horen dat ze iemand in vertrouwen moeten nemen en hun ervaring met het seksueel geweld moeten delen. Maar hoe vertel je iemand wat je hebt meegemaakt? Hoe begin je überhaupt over een onderwerp als dit? En wat vertel je dan? Voor de gesprekspartner is dit ook niet een makkelijk onderwerp. Want welke vragen kan je eigenlijk stellen zonder de ander pijn te doen? En welke hulp kan je aanbieden? Om beide gesprekspartners op weg te helpen, heeft Studio Fij de toolkit ‘Durf te delen’ ontwikkeld. De toolkit helpt bij het creëren van structuur, werkt als een steuntje in de rug om ook echt te delen wat je wilt delen en geeft handvatten aan de gesprekspartner om interesse te tonen en vragen te stellen. As member of the board of Study association i.d we oversaw all activities and organizational matters for the association and its committees and members. Many different events are organized by students as a weekly cafe and a Industrial Design Engineering Fair to a festival at the faculty for 1500 visitors and a trip to Hong Kong were 28 students consulted several companies. As board member it was great to see so many students show enthusiasm for this association and organizing these amazing events. This year my personal activities were managing and coaching four committees, doing acquisition, representing the study association as vice president, taking care of the administration, and hosting our 2700 members.
