Inspired by spacetravel, theatre and human behaviour I'm interested in meeting the alien in people. I believe we can only develop personally and as a human race if we include each other's perspectives. I facilitate team trainings, I coach international women and I offer workshops of impact. I have a Master's degree in English Language and Literature with an upper secondary teacher qualification.Since 2005 I practice Respectful Confrontation, an embodied practice that teaches how to be resilient, speak your truth, get your needs met, without harming yourself and others. It has helped me personally to draw on my full potential and to take the lead. As a certified trainer of Respectful Confrontation I founded Woman What's Up, to coach female international professionals.I combine Respectful Confrontation, my insight in human behaviour and gender differences with practical theatre exercises. Thus I restore the balance between the mind, emotions and physical awareness. I facilitate Mission Ready, a teamtraining program. Inspired by space travel I offer teams a framework to take their collaboration to the next level. The practical tools bridge differences, create transparancy, increase respect and inclusion. This results in better performing teams, less absence and lower costst. I work both in Dutch and English.
