Managing the in-house Digital production team of designers, administrators & developers at Berkeley Group across the following digital disciplines: web/mobile & campaign websites, website optimisation, SEO, PPC, E-Marketing, CMS & digital content. Main Responsibilities: - Digital Service & Strategy development, integration & expansion- Digital Team Management, recruitment & development and restructuring- Digital Project/ Account Management, project planning, scheduling & resourcing - Digital Project & Work Process enhancement & integration- Operational Management of day to day duties of Studio- Implementation of Agile Management framework within the studio using Kanban and Scum

- Pre-production Project Planning & Scoping of conversion driven web applications across various disciplines such as e-commerce, corporate and mobile optimized sites.- Consultancy of integrated Digital Marketing Strategies, Content Management System, Web Optimization- Client Relationship Management

- Project management and delivery of a variety of websites and applications for Samsung’s Pan-European countries. - Workflow and process management, planning set-up and roll-out on Local, EU and Global level. - Successfully generating business within EU Market/clients in which a successful new client portfolio is established generating a new source of income for the agency, with a healthy profit margin whilst adhering and meeting client’s budget expectations. - Pan EU project management and content enhancement consultancy to local Markets. Have gained good technical and working knowledge of the entire digital production process. - Write training documentation and provide online/company system trainings for both internal and external stakeholders. - Resource planning and recruiting and developing their talents by mentoring, building confidence and experience and developing new skills. - Writing client specification documents for the web production and design team. Compiled client briefs for clients satisfaction. Digital web design and standard management to ensure local content meets the web design standards and manage Samsung’s brand identity. - Providing the interface between creative and digital teams and creating draft project documentation for the Digital Project Director through the provision of cost estimates, statements of work, project plans and status reports.

- Coordinated the accurate delivery of the contents of all communications through close liaison with relevant internal teams. - Developed and wrote copies for internal communication such as project launches, sales updates and management briefs and other campaigns. - Collated information obtained from the field into effective briefs to the Retail Management. - Maintained the CPW retail brand, inline with the corporate brand guidelines, ensuring consistent language and prioritization of message. - Managed relationships with relevant parties on the development of engaging and concise communications.
