Managing the in-house Digital production team of designers, administrators & developers at Berkeley Group across the following digital disciplines: web/mobile & campaign websites, website optimisation, SEO, PPC, E-Marketing, CMS & digital content. Compiled client briefs for clients satisfaction. Digital web design and standard management to ensure local content meets the web design standards and manage Samsung’s brand identity. - Providing the interface between creative and digital teams and creating draft project documentation for the Digital Project Director through the provision of cost estimates, statements of work, project plans and status reports.

- Coordinated the accurate delivery of the contents of all communications through close liaison with relevant internal teams. - Developed and wrote copies for internal communication such as project launches, sales updates and management briefs and other campaigns. - Collated information obtained from the field into effective briefs to the Retail Management. - Maintained the CPW retail brand, inline with the corporate brand guidelines, ensuring consistent language and prioritization of message. - Managed relationships with relevant parties on the development of engaging and concise communications.

- Worked on various O2 and HSBC accounts - store openings, competitions, events, product/service launches, B2B promotions, POS placement/out-door advertising and brand promotions on client-side as well as off-side. - Gained field experience in executing and implementing various marketing strategies on behalf of clients.- Merchandised O2 brand and established excellent B2B relationships on behalf of O2.
