I started out as software engineer, but realized soon that I am better at starting new ideas and creating ways to make them happen than building ideas of others. When I was asked to help start Frontier I took the challenge and we built a creative and innovative software company in the aviation business and we took on challenges nobody else took. We build custom solutions for airports, ATC and government with a combination of large data sets, analysis of data and easy and intuitive user interfaces. Key to our success was that we truly tried to understand the customers process and problems and thought of ways to support that beyond their own ideas. After 10 years of experience on software projects, aviation and how to build a business, we were ready for the next step. We started Casper in 2010 to develop our own products and sell them internationally to airports and airlines. These products help airports and airlines improve operations by improving information on airport operations and share this information with all relevant stakeholders. Having learnt a lot since start about investments, international sales and satisfied customers, we are ready for the big success now.
