Anything related to gluten free and sugar free cooking has my interest. I produce my own recipes heavily based on almond flour as substitutes for ordinary wheat flour and have created two recipe books on this subject. I am working from home and in Tollebeek where I give workshops and help out at open days to inform more people in this area of the benefits of this diet. My goal is to widen the area in which I can reach people and see my website to a professional state of being.

I set up my own business after finding out about an opportunity to do some translating work for a big organisation. Since I wanted to combine staying at home and having a fulfilling and paid job this seemed like the perfect match for me. I haven't stopped enjoying what I do now.

Translating for different companies from Dutch to English and vice versa. I am the owner of this company and have several translators working for me currently on a big job.

In this position I am supporting the office manager and are frequently asked to help out with translations. Organising trips and events, invoicing, administrative tasks and as I said, translating are my main jobs.

Here I was supporting the department manager in his every day business. Being his right hand so to say. I was responsible for everything from sorting his mail to organising events and get-togethers with different people. In this position I also did some translating for other colleagues already.
