• Ensuring overall framework of internal controls, Finance compliance (policies, SOX, FCPA, Balance sheet review) and supporting internal EME audits• Subject Matter Expert Gross-to-net accounting, authorization and reporting • EME Business Process Lead, participate to the design and lead implementation of standardization and optimization of financial processes relating to cross functional EME and Global process teams• Drive, coordinate and support EME wide Finance Training Plans (SAP, processes, policies)• Managing the EME accounts payable process team

• Monitor adequate, efficient and effective SOX internal control system for NL and CH• Ensure compliancy Dutch financials• Prepare statutory statements, corporate income tax return, assist in transfer-price compliance. • First contact internal and external audits, assist in monthly closing processes

• Prepare monthly and annual statutory and US GAAP financial statements, budget-responsibility• Prepare tax and pension filings• Authorization of payments to third parties• Develop and implement local finance procedures• Treasurer of the Pension fund of the company
