• Ensuring overall framework of internal controls, Finance compliance (policies, SOX, FCPA, Balance sheet review) and supporting internal EME audits
• Subject Matter Expert Gross-to-net accounting, authorization and reporting
• EME Business Process Lead, participate to the design and lead implementation of standardization and optimization of financial processes relating to cross functional EME and Global process teams
• Drive, coordinate and support EME wide Finance Training Plans (SAP, processes, policies)
• Managing the EME accounts payable process team

• Monitor adequate, efficient and effective SOX internal control system for NL and CH
• Ensure compliancy Dutch financials
• Prepare statutory statements, corporate income tax return, assist in transfer-price compliance.
• First contact internal and external audits, assist in monthly closing processes

• Prepare monthly and annual statutory and US GAAP financial statements, budget-responsibility
• Prepare tax and pension filings
• Authorization of payments to third parties
• Develop and implement local finance procedures
• Treasurer of the Pension fund of the company
