The data listing activity was carried out, with permission granted, by entering the names, addresses, phone numbers, names of clinics and TBAs, local government area, ward, and others information of pregnant women and mothers/adult relatives of children less than 2years, gotten from the registers of the PHCs andTBAs(daily attendance, ANC Clinic,TBA C-IYCF, other TBArecords). The information gathered were for those attending the PHCs or TBAs for the first time. This information was entered, uploaded and sent via the Kobo collect application daily.Mother Listing data collection exercise was conducted from existing health facility and TBA records of currently pregnant women and mother of children under 2 years. The data will be used to track the defaulting pregnant women and caregivers of children under 2 years and encourage uptake of essential ANC, child welfare and IYCF services essential for child growth and development in the first 1000 days of life.
