Develop, coordinate, support and evaluate the delivery of a careers education and guidance service for students throughout the school.

Managed CEIAG throughout the school.- Overview of Careers education programme ensuring it met the current learning outcome guidelines- Liaison and management of external careers advisers delivering 1:1 guidance in KS3 & 4- Provision of 1:1 careers guidance support to sixth form students (16-19 years) - Delivery of group work sessions and assembly presentations- Promotion of careers related issues with students, teachers and parents. - Management and co-ordination of work experience programme for 6 successive years, ensuring almost 100% of students successfully completed fulfilling placements- Development of links with local employers- Creation of careers blog, www.stpeterscareers.wordpress.com
