I am passionate about helping leaders to reconnect with their business, their customers and their colleagues, through meaningful insight. Relationships are built on honest communication and understanding the needs of the other person. Traditional market research can only go so far to really uncover what a customer’s deepest desires are. So I use a combination of experience as a strategic market researcher, transformational coach, a family and organisational constellations facilitator, and a business owner to dig deep and uncover the connections between data and insight to understand the hard-to-define ‘chemistry’ that brands need to attract and retain customers, employees and ultimately strengthening those emotional connections.I am an insight nerd who gets a dopamine hit when I uncover the true essence of a brand and understand how to overcome any obstacles getting in the way of a great customer experience.All backed by my experience as a Managing Director with a long history of working in the working in hospitality and market research industries. Skilled in Quantitative and Qualitative Research, Trend and Market Analysis, Advertising Research, Segmentation, Operations Research and Leadership and Management. I completed the NLP Practitioner training in 2013, in 2016 I was Certified as a Transformative Coach. I am a qualified Family and Organisational Constellations facilitator (CSC applied training and COLPI).
