Traditional market research can only go so far to really uncover what a customer’s deepest desires are. So I use a combination of experience as a strategic market researcher, transformational coach, a family and organisational constellations facilitator, and a business owner to dig deep and uncover the connections between data and insight to understand the hard-to-define ‘chemistry’ that brands need to attract and retain customers, employees and ultimately strengthening those emotional connections.I am an insight nerd who gets a dopamine hit when I uncover the true essence of a brand and understand how to overcome any obstacles getting in the way of a great customer experience.All backed by my experience as a Managing Director with a long history of working in the working in hospitality and market research industries.
