As a Discover Graduate Software Engineer at Vodafone, I am part of their most esteemed graduate scheme and work on DevOps and AWS Public Cloud projects, using Python in Lambda functions. I have experience with CI/CD pipeline, Ansible, Jenkins and containers - Docker, Kubernetes. I have coded in various languages, such as Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. I also have a passion for Linux, having run it at home for more than 15 years.I graduated from the Open University with a first class degree in Computing and IT, majoring in Computing and IT, in 2022. Besides my day job, I am involved in several initiatives that align with my values and goals. I am the Employee Support Deputy Lead for Vodability, the disability inclusion wing of Vodafone, where I help make the employee experience for disabled employees the best it can be. I am a companion for employees in disciplinary hearings, and aid line managers make reasonable adjustments for disabled employees. I am also the External Events Specific Point of Contact for the Vodafone Coding Club, where I arrange events with third parties to teach Python and other tech-related workshops, also leading workshops and mentoring students. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with others, and contribute to the tech community.
