I was responsible for every aspect of this Direct Selling Channel, from start up, to launch and beyond. Almost single headedly, I produced and managed the business tools, marketing material and strategy, all of the operations, product selection, incentives, training material and social media platforms.After just over 3 months of strategic planning and set up preparation, Love Aroma at Home launched with 24 self-employed Consultants that I recruited and developed myself. During 3 months of trials, I more than exceeded all of my KPI’s and also outperformed the industry averages.
