Tzedek Lab is a national multiracial network of political education trainers, organizers, spiritual leaders, and cultural workers, Jews and allies, established to build collective competency to better politicize, transform, and inspire the Jewish community into collective action against racism, antisemitism, and white supremacy.

- Work with/in a collective house, engaging young adult progressive Jews in their 20s and 30s in spiritually grounded justice-seeking Jewish community by empowering individuals through community organizing and leadership development- Build, support, and manage 12+ lay-led teams of young adults and provide unofficial pastoral care - Developed broad and deep training materials for new organizers, board members, leaders, members, and funders, including Quarterly Leaders Gatherings and Resident Organizer retreats to build transparency, cooperation, and stronger relationships towards more strategic action - Host 7-15 events per month and create environment for Jewish pluralism and progressive/radical political activism- Facilitate clear communication between community leaders, members, organizers, board members, and funders- Develop and deepen MKH’s organizational and institutional relationships in the Jewish and justice landscapes locally and nationally- Manage ~1,000-person CiviCRM database and maintain the community center space and aesthetic - Develop culture of spiritual connectedness, loving kindness, and leadership development as Spirituality Chair on the Board and build the community’s capacity for justice work using community organizing tools as Rosh(Lead/Head) Organizer on the Board - Transformed a new moon gathering group from a barely active 4-5 members to a group that regularly attracts 15 women for a monthly reflection ritual with art and creativity

- Set strategy and lead Fellowship recruitment and application process for ~100 outstanding candidates for the Jewish Organizing Fellowship each year, including Phone Screenings, Interview Days, engaging alumni as leaders, and organizing placement matching process- Support all of JOIN’s programs by integrating recruitment strategies and connecting strategic relationships - Build a robust network of Jewish organizers to influence and grow the wider community’s capacity and commitment to social justice by developing a 10-person Alumni Steering Committee and developing unique relationships with ~200 alumni across the country- Organize retreats and workshops including a 40-person workshop on the Intersections of Racism and Anitsemitism and three 4-day intensive retreats annually for the cohort of 14 Jewish Organizing Fellows, managing food and logistics, building and holding space for connecting with spirituality and anti oppression thinking, and facilitating an environment for deep personal and collective transformation around identity, privilege, and power- Develop Peer Mentor/Buddy Program, connecting each Jewish Organizing Fellow with an alumni mentor and supporting both the Mentors and Fellows to utilize these relationships towards personal and movement growth - Annually build and lead a team of 5 fellows and alumni to produce ~200-person annual graduation event - Prepare and lead trainings for partner organizations on applying organizing strategies in their contexts- Maintain a smoothly operating office, with all the necessary supplies, technologies, and general resources - Developed and implemented the organization’s first Communications Strategy

- Managed DonorPerfect database of ~12,000 records- Processed all donations and followed up with the appropriate acknowledgement- Produced and oversaw a strategic plan for the on-going stewardship of all donors- Worked with a team to produce the annual $315,000 Spring fundraiser event celebrating Jewish women

- Prepared and facilitated weekly Organizing Team meetings- Planned 2nd Annual SLICE Conference e.g. secured panelists, set budget, planned program, publicized event- Compiled resources for co-operative development, start-up, membership process, and governance- Designed and developed website, and started and maintained 100+-person listserv
